Pickshot is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our mobile application to extract photos from videos.
Pickshot operates entirely on your device. All video processing and photo extraction happens locally on your iPhone or iPad. Your videos and extracted photos never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to share them.
Extracted photos are saved to your device's photo library only with your explicit permission. We do not store any of your content on our servers or in any cloud storage.

Pickshot uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat may collect anonymous data necessary to verify and maintain your subscription, such as purchase receipts, product identifiers, and region information.
This information is processed securely and is not used to personally identify you. Pickshot itself does not receive or store any personal or payment data. For details, please refer to RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
Pickshot uses Mixpanel to collect aggregated, anonymized analytics about how the app is used (for example, which features are most popular or whether a workflow completes successfully). This data helps us understand overall trends so we can improve product quality and user experience.
Mixpanel does not receive any personal information, photos, or video content from your device. All analytics events are limited to non-identifying technical details and are processed according to Mixpanel’s Privacy Policy.
Pickshot uses Sentry for error tracking and performance monitoring. Sentry helps us identify and fix bugs by collecting information about app crashes and errors that occur during normal usage.
Sentry does not receive any personal information, photos, or video content from your device. Error reports are limited to technical details such as stack traces, device information, and app version. This data is processed securely according to Sentry's Privacy Policy.
Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymous download and usage statistics from the App Store. This data does not contain any personally identifiable information and is used only to understand app performance and improve user experience.
Pickshot does not collect any personal information from users of any age, including children under 13. The app is designed to be safe for users of all ages.
